strawberry white interior problem

Hi,

All my strawberies (many different strain) have a kind of weird white interior...all the inside is white...almost liquid .  On the ourside great color but the shape looks more like a small cylinder than a regular shape.   Any idea what is going wrong??? Thanks

    Some strawberry varieties are white inside. Those look fine to me. do they taste good?


    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
