Tomato plants disease identification

I have tomato plants which are producing a healthy yield of ripe tomatoes. However some of the tomatoes have green goo inside them making them more tart despite having a deep red coulored outside. This isnt affecting all 20 plants.

I am feeding them with tomato feed regularly

I water them at least once a day.

Am I harvesting them too early?

Is it linked to the disease looking leaves see photos?

The green goo is part of the fruit - it means you're harvesting too early. The green goo will be almost the same colour as the rest of the flesh when ripe.
It is a bit tricky to tell when they're ready - they have more give in them when ripe and you can sometimes see they're a bit green through the skin when they're not.
Lots of people swear by the method of lifting the fruit against the knuckle on the stem, and if it snaps off easily then it's ripe. It's often but not always right.

Your leaf is typical of toms this time of year. Any that look quite manky, just snap them off.
Sounds like you're getting a good harvest, so just keep doing what you're doing
