Antirrhinum (Snapdragon) Rust?

Hello
Would someone please be able to tell me if this problem with snapdragons is rust?
If so would you be able to recommend a treatment. It seems to be decimating the snapdragons this year. I've never had a problem before.
I've included a photo of the front and rear of the leaf to help diagnosis.

Mine have it too, but not as badly as yours.
I make sure I put the dead plants in the rubbish, not in the compost bin at the end of the season.

I thought it was rust from the photographs on the internet, but, was hoping it wasn't as I thought my photo was slightly different. Although as you pointed out that was probably because my rust is much more advanced.
After reading the information in the link, I've decided to give up on them this year and will be putting them all in the rubbish bin as you suggested. It's a pity as they were so pretty earlier this year and I was really pleased. Never mind that's gardening for you.
