Not bees, they are hoverflies. Bees have quite long antennae, flies have tiny antennae.

I've had a bit of a spider hatch in my succulents. Little buggers are everywhere.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
