Camomile lawn turning yellow ????

My camomile lawn in the front garden has turned yellow.  It is in its second year and until now has appeared to be very healthy.

I planted it from small plug plants - Treneague and it established very well.  It is in full sun in slightly sandy soul.

Am I losing it?  Should I feed it?

    I have the same problem with a 2 year old chamomile lawn here in New Zealand. I too started with plug plants in full sun. Were you able to save your lawn?
