Cherry Tomatoes Greenhouse Hydroponics

I´m about to start growing Cherry Tomatoes in Greenhouse using Hydroponic System and would like to get opinions on the base material and on distance between each plant.
I´ve been offered Dutch Buckets (30 x 25 x 23cm) and Galuku Hydro CS Grow Bags (100 x 20 x 3).
