How can I disguise the 1970's ornamental breeze blocks Inserted near the top of a brick wall. They were 'trendy' in the 70's but they're so dated now. I really do not like them. Ideas please. Thank you.

thank u very much Phillippa. I very much appreciate your help. This is what I am doing at present with Trachlospermum Jasminoidese (not sure of spelling !). It's not ideal as the wall is at the end of the garden and faces the road outside the house. (House is back to front - road at back). Thanks anyway. Pat
