Do any of you know what this is? Birds must have dropped a seed because I didn't plant it. The bees love it.

Looks like my own Echium vulgare, but it could be other Boraginaceae, I guess.
It looks like Viper's Bugloss.
Got lots of this, Echium absolute bee magnet. Don't get rid of it, it's lovely.
