Foxes

Hello All

Can anyone give me a tried and tested method of keeping foxes out of my garden? I am having a constant battle with them as they dig up my garden and ruin my fence. I have tried  chilli powder (a suggestion from a neighbour) but no luck, back they come. They are becoming a nuisance. Do ultrasonic repellents work and can anyone suggest a good one?

Any suggestions?
