Topping Tomato plants

Many of my tomato plants are now hitting the roof of the green house, do i top them or allow them to grow?

Pinch out the tops.

Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit.
Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
I stop ours at five truss's.
