Deficiency or bad drainage?

image imageimage image
this thing seems affect all the plants but in one area, so must be a common simple thing, but looking at pictures online, cant really tell what it is. Anyway it targets old leaves, and those who are bigger are chewed up and there are holes on sides

Older leaves die off ... that's what happens.

Leaves being chewed up is usually slugs and snails.
