How to get ride of it?

It came over from the next lot and is taking over my front lawn!!!!

Every little plant is interconnected with roots system berried deep in ground.

HELP!

    It looks like suckers from a Rhus Typhina plant. If it's in the lawn, keep mowing them off when they emerge will keep on top of them. Otherwise it's a solid root barrier buried into the ground on the boundary. Both difficult and expensive usually.

     It there a once for all kill switch type of thing that I can use to get ride of them?

    if you "kill" it, you'll have to "kill" the parent, which, if it's next door would be " causing actual criminal damage" 

    Proceed with extreme caution on that front.

    personally I would use dig along the problem boundary down to about a foot and put in weed suppression membrane (hopefully separating the tree from the suckers).

    then I'd treat everything in your garden with SBK (stump and brushwood killer)
