Tomato plant with yellow spots on leaves and necrosis: diagnosis?

Hello all, I just pulled a bunch of caterpillars off my plants. Now I'm tackling the next problem-what is this on my tomato plant leaves, and what should I do about it (if anything)? Thank you in advance!

    That's my first thought too Pansy.

    Thank you for your prompt responses! Should I make sure we are watering the soil and not the leaves to prevent this from happening again?
