Help me name this weed and kill it

I been working on my garden off and on for over 2 years ..I do it when iv got the time ..and 7/8 week's ago I had a tiff with a neighbour asking him to not let his dog shit on my garden where I'm working ..he laughed as I shouted at his dog to get of n stop shitting on itimage ..anyway it's been dug up 3 times and rotevated and no weeds have ever came through. .but this time I go away for 5 weeks and come bk to this...

1 what i's it?

2 could it be sabotage?  

3 photos b4 n after .as I said all that in about 5 6 week's only ..didn't think it was possible. ..it's that fast u can see it grow...lolimageimage

It even hid my bucket. ..lol

    Bindweed is the culprit. Very fast growing as you have found out. As you haven't got anything you want already growing there, I would use weedkiller. It grows again from a tiny bit of root left in the ground. Evil stuff.

    I would get some Rosate36 (use 30ml per litre of water) and when there are lots of leaves spray it 3 times over a 6 week period, then wait another 3 weeks to ensure it's all dead.
    Don't try and rush it or it'll be back. The roots can go down 2 metres or more and you must give the product time to kill the entire root system. A tiny bit of root still alive 2 metres down will re-sprout and it'll be back with a vengeance 

    Roundup is an alternative, but Rosate36 is much, much stronger
