BBC GW subtitles ALWAYS out of sync after weather segement

Can you ask someone to repair the subtitles on GW?
Everything works fine until the weather segment near the end of the program.
After this point the subtitles are out of sync.
This is a problem that occurs on the iPlayer with every episode - so it should not be hard to see.
