What is this pretty little plant?

I bought several of these, planted them and chucked the labels away.
I'm so fed up with dead-heading petunias I was considering these instead for next year which seem to need no dead heading - if I knew what they were.

Thanks-

Hi Pete. It looks like a Calibrachoa - Double Amethyst

Every year I vow not to grow petunias again, but always succumb.
The leaves are like mini-petunia leaves and part of the petunia family as I now know.
It's gonna be Calibrachoa all the way next year

If I post a pic of wind-blown petunias again next year - feel free to remind me :)

  • this year I have planted Calibrachoa in two wall planters and I'm well pleased with them, i planted the single petal ones as it's better for bees and insects to get the pollen.
