If so have they got any of the bretby tomato seed

    There's a website here-

    http://www.plantersatbretby.com/about-us/

It seems the variety they used to grow was Ailsa Craig - still widely available

    Billericay - Essex

Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit.
Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.

    Hi

Thanks for the reply but it definately wasn't Ailsa Graig, it was called Bretby tomato and I am talking about at least 20-25 years ago before the new garden centre took over.

was hoping someone from that era had saved some seed

anyone out there ? Remember this ?
