Plant identification

I've inherited this plant and would very much like to know if anyone can identify it? it has the most beautiful flowers which grow downwards? See pictures below.image

    Oh thanks so much it does look like Hoya bella  - I had no idea it would happily grow outside.

    Happy outside in Summer, but not Winter hardy.
