Grape vine problem

Hi folks is my 1st post on here. I realise this tooic has been done to death but wondering if anyone can offer some clarity. Ive had 8 grape vines growing outdoors at an allotment but decided to tamporarily re pot them and transfer the m to my garden at home as I no longer have time to maintain the allotment. The vines are 4-5 years old and are quite substantial. There are several varieties.

Since potting them 2 days ago they (all!) Have wilted significantly and Im worried that years of upkeep has been desteoyed!

My questions are:

1. Is it likely ive damaged the roots to the point they're permenantly damaged or is there something I can do to rescue them?

2. If I have wrecked the vines is it still possible to take cuttings? Its just that everywhere I read only recommends taking cuttings from dormant vines

Any other help would be greatly received!
