Wild orchid?

Hi, this plant has just popped up in the garden. The little flowers remind me of orchids, am I right? Or is it something else completely. Look forward to your replies ????

I think it's Epipactus helleborine ... the Broad leaved Helleborine - yes, a type of orchid

Dove your link is odd .....says Broad leaved Helleborine but opens to something very different.
