Garden Vac advice please

I am an OAP with chest problems but try to keep my garden tidy. Sweeping up dust affects my chest and I would like a bagless Vacuum that I can use outside that doesn't cost the earth. A leaf blower is not an option as I find them too heavy and difficult to manoeuver. Any advice or recommendations please.
