Identify Caterpillar please?

Hi,

anyone know what are they ( hope the pic is large enough)? pretty sure they are poisonous as they have been there days now and birdie doesn't seems interested on them!!

    Yes I done a google search and they look the same. and seems like they are munching the weeds woohoo!!!! (just gotto get the child and baby away~~)
