Hi,
Does anyone know what this plant is that grows in the front garden of a street near me.
I think it is an herbaceous perennial as I see it every year (although it could be self seeding every year). I'd really like to grow it.

I've got an enclosed brick sided bed that needs something tall and narrow so I reckon this stuff would be perfect. Better than bamboo !
