Cacti & pots in Southern Europe
Having recently spent time in our new holiday home in Spain, iam hoping for advice on watering & feeding of cacti , having kept cacti in the UK , but indoors, iam familiar with care, but outside in heat of 40° is a different ball game !
I do feel I'm needing to water more often than once a month as not planted in the ground, but in glazed pots.
some advice is to water once a week and feed in growing months with baby bio/tomato food.
Any valid info appreciated!

More than once a month will be fine as long as the compost gets fairly dry between watering. Once a week may be more than it actually needs, and some people water less frequently.
Tomato fertiliser is fine, but cacti only grow slowly so a weak feed is enough, perhaps quarter strength. Some people do not feed at all, their cacti only get fertiliser from fresh compost when they are repotted.
Opinions differ, but as long as the plant is health then don't worry to much.
Make sure the compost his dry before you water. I'd be tempted to put them in to terracotta pots also.
