    Well, it looks like an oriental lily. They don't spread.It is a bulb.  Its height is whatever it is now.  They don't repeat flower.

    It is an Asiatic lily but don't cut the stem back to the ground after the flower is finished. As with all bulb and tuber plants it's best to leave the stem and leaves to gather energy for next years' growth. When the leaves have died and are falling off, as they do with lilies then you can cut the stem back.

    Your lily will grow stronger and larger with time and may produce more flowerheads. it will certainly grow bulblets around the main bulb and you can dig it up and remove them for more plants, if you wish. A mature lily will often produce these bulblets along the length of the stem also.
