As nut says it does look like Jack by the hedge - my garden is plagued with the stuff. Even if you just tear a small newish leaf, there should be a garliky smell. If there isn't, then maybe it's something else. I put a few young leaves into a salad - not an effective form of weed control, but does give me some satisfaction!

looks like Alliaria petiolata, Jack by the Hedge. Supposed to taste of garlic, but no garlic I've eaten tastes like that.
