New Laid Turf

Hiya,
My husband and I finally got our garden done, the turf arrived a week ago on Monday, supposedly cut on Sunday, and it was laid the same morning. We have been following all the instructions since then, and this is what is looks like. The landscaper is not happy and has been trying to get the supplier to do something about it, the supplier says it's heat stress and left some fertiliser for the landscaper to apply. I am so disappointed with it! And not really sure what to do as I don't think this will recover...
Any advice?

Why would any knowledgeable supplier lay a turf in the heat of a week ago. Unless you pushed for the turf to be delivered that day I would say that the supplier has been negligent in not advising the consequences of laying turf in last week's weather. Keep making a nuisance of yourself.
We had no say, it was the landscaper that scheduled the delivery, not us...
OK - landscaper and lawn supplier jointly responsible, they should fix it and get paid nothing until it is fixed. I am waiting a new lawn, landscaper doesn't want to put it down until September for very same reasons. Keep at them, I am sure you will get it relaid.

Well, we've already paid them but will do that. There's no point in spending this much water if they will have to replace it anyway ?
