Is This potato blight?

Hi All
I noticed these brown spots on my tatties last night and tonight have emptied the bag to find a rather small crop that seems fine if a bit on the tiny size.

Thanks so much Jackie. It's on my Toms as well so now I can fix it . From what I've read fits perfectly with the very hot weather following with heavy rain we have been having.
