Identification

I planted seeds that I thought were Aconitum(small black angular seeds) and this has grown. It looks a bit like a less robust sunflower plant so far. Can anyone identify it?

Do you feed birds?  People who do often find random plants growing from seeds the birds have dropped from the bird feeders, especially sunflowers.

Its definitely not sunflowers and although we feed birds I had specifically saved this seed from a plant but just can't identify it.

Was it perhaps Nicandra physalodes? aka the Shoo fly plant

I don't think it can be Nicandra. I must have taken the seed from something but it was small angular black seeds not like those of Nicandra. Thanks for the suggestion though
