something attacking my almond trees? Any ideas?

I think it's peach leaf curl. Not much you can do other than pick off affected leaves but if most leaves are affected then I would leave it alone. See RHS advice, here:

Basically, if you can protect the leaves from rain early in the season by covering it, you should reduce the number of leaves affected.
