Hi KT53,yes the letter was from there insurers,they did have work men round a couple of months ago,but I didn't no what they were doing,then I got the letter last week and then I new what was up,and we have had a couple of viewing yesterday and explained about the two conifers,the couples said....what a shame they have to come down as they enclose the garden and make it so nice and secluded, I hope it hasn't put them off as they loved our house,well at least we did the right thing in telling them,many thanks for your help in this matter xx
