Did you put any feed in the new pot? I had the same thing happen and was told they had probably been "over fertilisée" eventually the leaves fell off but now I have healthy new growth, just seemed to knock them back a bit but now they are doing great.
Maybe over fed but definitely under watered. They like a lot. The clue is in the name - hydra = water. Don't want to be sodden in a puddle but don't want to be thirsty either.
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

I'd water first and again every couple of days and see what happens before removing damaged leaves. They are the plants food factory so don't remove whilst mostly green. Wait till the plant shows signs of perking up..

Thank you. Should I trim all of that off?

Definitely let the plant decide. With mine I left them and the plant shed them when new ones grew underneath
