Rose plant/bush

Hi, 

clearly I am a novice to the gardening world but I would really appreciate some advice. I planted a rose bush (unknown type) two summers ago  and it has flowered for the first time and has lots of buds. However, the roses are on the ground. it's almost growing over itself and drooping? I am beginning to wonder is this supposed to be one that creeps up thw walls? many thanksimageimageimage

    Unfortunately, pictures aren't working this weekend so we'll have to wait till the techies fix it on Monday.
