Plants on Gardeners World

I caught up on Gardeners World last night, and when they were showing the new plants in the flower stall they mentioned one called Foxy, it was light blue with white running through and was on tall stems like a agapanthus/allium.

I said to myself last night make a note of the plant, but as always I didn't and now I have forgotten! Shame on me!

Thanks in advance, Also has anyone tried got the Hollyhock halo series in their gardens currently are they good at keeping the rust away?
