Evergreen Roses - sempeviren hybrids?
Can anyone say how evergreen they are, in particular, this one?

It all depends on your location and whether there are areas of wind break. Whenever a plant is 'almost' evergreen, it's just a bit of greenery hanging on in the coldest months, but they will die out sometimes look tatty.
The white blob hanging down to the front in the middle of the photo is felicite perpetue growing on my pergola
It has lovely dark green healthy leaves and a light soapy fragrance but is not evergreen
