What's this plant called

Please can anyone name this plant for me.We planted a few years ago and its spread over time and last year it flowered.As you can see 2 more are going to flower but we dont know what its called.Does anyone know its name and a bit of a description for it.Thanks

Sempervivum. There are about 17 species and over 1200 named cultivars. It likes a hot well drained position. The rosettere which flowers will die. Any rosettes which come off are dead east to root. Pests re vine weevil grubs who eat the roots.
I think it's Sempervivum 'Emerald Empress' ; as Berghill says , very easy to propagate .
