Yellow foam

in Wildlife gardening

anyone know what this is? Foamy yellow stuff about 5cm diameter appeared overnight on outside of pond. What should I do about it?

    That looks like a yellow slime mold ... not really anything to worry about and nothing really that you need do but if you want to remove it you can scrape it off and bag and bin it.
