Arctic poppy query

AnniDAnniD Posts: 12,585

I have several  Arctic poppy seedlings grown from a T&M freebie from one of the gardening mags. It states on the packet that they are perennial, but searches on t'Internet don't seem to say the same. I have searched on their website, but can't find them.

Has anyone else grown them and found that they are perennial?

Many thanks image

I cannot answer but I have also grown the same ones from the T & M freeby seeds, they dont look like they would be perennial, a huge amount germinated havent popped them on as yet, because I know poppies are very temperamental about moving, lets keep in touich on this one.

image, I agree nanny beach, I was hoping to grow them on to sell at a charity plant sale with other perennials but thought they didn't look very "perennially". They look in dire need  of potting on so I think I'll give it a try but to be honest if they're not as described I'll  be a bit miffed image
