Identifying this Flower

I would appreciate it if anyone is able to tell me what kind of flower this is. This plant started growing out of the blue at the beginning of the Summer and it's hard to figure out how to take care of it. This flower dies easily but also spreads. It grows really fast. We had only one in our main bush but it died. After it died, like 3 more started growing. 

In the image, (if uploaded correctly) The flower is yellow and white with little small specks of redish-orange dots in the inside. It grows pretty tall.
