Hello everyone!
Please can some one tell me what this is? They were in full bloom about a month or so ago in neighbours' front gardens and I'd like some for my border.

It's centranthus ruber or red valerian. A popular plant with the bees!

If you wait long enough it's pretty sure to turn up in your garden too, it loves to seed around! You could speed things up by asking the neighbour nicely if you could take a ripe seed head or two when they are ready

Mine came from my mother-in-law's garden, I took some cuttings which seemed to take very easily. If your neighbour is the approachable kind, they may also let you take a couple of bits for cuttings, if you fancy a go.
