Name this large pink shrub?!

Hello everyone. My neighbour has this lovely large shrub, must be nearly 10ft tall, flowers every year and he never prunes or touches it. he just says it keeps looing amazing every year. We have no clue what it is, his wife was the gardener and she sadly died. I rather fancy some in my garden but need to know what it is…
