Leaf problems on unidentified plant in the Philippines

Should I be concerned about the condition of the leaves on this unidentified plant in the Philippines? If so, I would really appreciate any advice anyone can give.

That looks to me like an abutilon.
I wouldn't be concerned by a few discoloured lower leaves as long as the young leaves are in good condition.
