Good evening
I've attached pictures of two plants that we have been looking after but which haven't flowered. Can anyone tell me what they are and if they will flower. Thanks. Nick

It looks like Michaelmas Daisy.
I think you're probably right Ceres but so many plants look so similar at this stage, especially in photos.
Anything pushing up stems in that manner will flower unless something goes wrong, Nick. There's a lot of flowering year to come.
