Scilla peruviana

Evening all,
I have 3 Scilla Peruviana that I planted last year, they flowered beautifully. This year the foliage came up as usual but they didn't flower. I think thats called blind? Anyway its the same for all 3 and its been such a shame as i was expecting the usual display. Any ideas why this could be?

That sometimes happens with mine too. Mine seem to flower better if they don't get too dry when dying down the year before.
