Pear tree disease?

Hi, could anybody give me any advice about my ill looking pear tree. Its in the ground,has been fertilized with chicken manure and watered if the soil was dry. This is the second year its suffered from this, no pears either year.

I would say, not to worry about the cropping side yet. The leaves could be suffering from blister mite. It looks unslightly but not likely to devastate your tree. Just cut out the affected areas if you want. Always important to clean your blades or tools thoroughly after use.
