Orange on my leafs

Hello I wonder if anybody knows what this orange stuff is on my willow tree and should I be concerned?image

    Can't see your pic, but it sounds like mite galls. Have a google and see what you think.
    If it is, they may not look nice, but wont do any harm to your willow unless it has other problems or is very young
