Joyce, I didn't have violas with the bellis, but I had violas in other pots.

Yeah they are Aym280 and tolerate damp and partially shady conditions. I've got one in white which is stunning. image

Stunning astilbes, wish I could grow them here, too hot and dry in SW France.

Aym, the blue flowers are Calibrachoa "Amethyst", the pink daisy is an anthemis, the cactus dahlia is "Park Princess" (about 20 years old, never dig it up), the yellow and brown flowers in the trough are rudbeckia "Denver Daisy". It hasn't rained for a month, nearly out of rain water for the blueberries. And it's been up to 30° recently.

30° and over is too hot for me too! I spend a fortune on metered water, but I have butts as well. Usually in the summer we have big storms with heavy rain that keeps it all going. We need one now but the one forecast a few days ago didn't get this far south. I was staying with son further north and they had a big storm. Storms forecast next week.
