    Hello everyone. Now I feel embarrassed that I've not been on the iPad all day and it's now 10.40pm and you've all sent me fabulous calorie-free cakes.

    Thanks everyone. I've had a big, tiring day with taking Hubby to town for the chiropractor and various chores then he made one of my favourite meals tonight - Garlic Prawns (with my garlic of course). I'm now needing to suck mints to reduce the garlic breath.image
