  • Hi Birdy13,

Yes I am the same person - ; I just couldn't get any help whatever I did, and

in desperation decided to reinvent myself!!  Problem is, sometimes I get the

two nicknames mixed up and end up in a tizzy!  I think I will probably stick more

with ffb, as I do have the toolbar for this, but still no toolbar for waf.  Thanks very

much for taking the time to send me a message Birdy - if things go pear

shaped again  I'll try Naomi Jones!

  • Hi Nutcutlet,

Sorry I've only just read your message - have had a very busy week!  Thanks

so much for the update on Viper's Bugloss - I'm really looking forward to that!

Many thanks also for telling Birdy13 about me being the same person as waf!  One

of these days I'll get myself so mixed up I won't know who I am anymore!!!

As I've told Birdy - I think it may be more sensible for me just to use

ffb as I really appreciate being able to post pictures etc. with the toolbar

and enjoy being able to PM you about things too, which I can't do on waf.

Hope you have a good weekend Nutcutlet - I'll try to keep upto date next week!

    Hi ffb

Yes stick with the new name if it works better. I like the PM facility, wouldn't want to be without that. Mine's been working hard over the last couple of days on the seedshare thread.

Viper's Bugloss is ready. I can post after the weekend unless you want to wait for greater knapweed which will be about a week. lesser knapweed is ready.

Have a good rest of weekend yourself

  • Great - thanks Nutcutlet.  Yes please - just wait until the lesser knapweed is

ready - it will save postage for you and I'm all for that these days!

    Hi ffb,

It's terrible to have an identity crisis... image as in "Who shall I be today?" image

I actually came across someone once who introduced himself like that in all seriousness to a gathering. (Funny looks all round!)

ffb is a bit hard to say. You know, leaving a few vowels in could give us 'flofob' .

    Whatya think? image

    Praps not.

  • Hi Birdy,

Ha, ha! Maybe not, but it gave me a laugh which is always good! Sounds a

bit like "The Flowerpot Men" talking to their friend "Weed" - remember them? But

perhaps you are too young to have seen them on kiddies TV about 40 something

    ago?

  • Yes I think you're right Nutcutlet - I just don't know where all those

years went to!  Speaking of an identity crisis - I've just realised that I

used waf to message Birdy - wonder if she'll notice!  It wasn't on purpose -

I had just been checking to see if there were any new messages on there

for me - see what I mean about being confused??!!!!

I can take a bit of confusion.  preparation for old(er) age.

Birdy is a man. He'll have an identity crisis now

  • I'm feeling a bit hysterical Nutcutlet after your last message (or maybe it's

the red wine I had earlier!)  Apologies to Birdy!  Hope he'll forgive me!

Have left a message on WAF saying I'm not using it anymore - think it's

best after tonight!  This is much better than watching the TV I've decided -

nothing much on there makes me laugh anymore, but tonight I've had a

good giggle! Must make a note to be more serious tomorrow, otherwise I

    might get thrown off here.
