Shrub/Tree ID please

Hi all, I'm sure something similar was on here recently but I can't for the life of me remember what it was. You can just see the seed pods in the centre of the pic. An ID would be appreciated.

  • You may well be right nut, I can't say I noticed any flowers on it last winter but this coming season I'll be on the look out for them. Seed pods are certainly very similar indeed, so thanks.
